Requests received after this date will not be processed until after the bulk room assignment process is complete in mid to late October.

Deadline for academic departments to make changes to the Schedule of Classes in Cardinal Students. Access will cut off at 11:59 pm for all fields except for instructors and consent.

After this date, requests for changes — except for those to instructors or consent — will need to be submitted to cua-classes@cua.edu. Changes will not be processed until after the bulk room assignment process is complete in mid to late October.

Enrollment Services will begin the bulk room assignment process. During this time no changes can be made to the Schedule of Classes in Cardinal Station.

Spring 2027 class schedule becomes visible to students in Cardinal Students.

Enrollment appointments assigned for Spring 2027

Departments should notify Enrollment Services of the location of all classes held off-campus, abroad, or in department-controlled space which do not already have locations noted in Cardinal Students.  Classes with meeting patterns and no location assignments will be hidden from student view and not open to enrollment until a location has been provided.

Registration begins. Enrollment Appointments, once assigned, can be found here.

Room assignments may be removed from classes with enrollment of five or fewer students.  Departments will need to find alternate space for these classes.

First day of semester.

Add/drop deadline for regular session (full semester) courses.

Classes with no enrollment will be canceled.

Enrollment Services will begin reviewing requests for comprehensive exam room assignments submitted via events.cua.edu.
