The Office of Enrollment Services is located at the center of campus in Father O'Connell Hall, Room W200 (2nd floor, tower side).
During the Fall and Spring semesters, the office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The office is closed on all university holidays, as noted in the academic calendar. We will also be closed for the following periods during the 2024-2025 academic year:
- Thanksgiving recess: Wednesday, November 27-Friday, November 29
- Semester break: Friday, December 20-Friday, January 3
- Easter recess: Thursday, April 17-Monday, April 21
The office will also close at 3:15 on Thursday, October 24 so that staff may attend a town hall held by the university president.

Our Mission
The mission of the Office of Enrollment Services is to provide high quality services related to registration, records, and student accounts in a one-stop environment to current students, alumni, staff, faculty, and the general public. The enrollment services office strives to make these services available to students where, when and how they need them, and works closely with other Catholic University offices to ensure that current information is provided to students to alleviate the need to visit numerous offices to obtain that information. We are committed to providing exceptional service while exhibiting accuracy and efficiency in our work, and maintaining integrity, professionalism and respect.
